The model was built to close a gap observed across nearly a decade of CFO and senior financial leadership inside midmarket enterprises: the absence of a professional who operates inside the client's organization with the continuity, institutional knowledge, and accountability of a full-time team member—not an advisor who visits. Every element of the model was engineered deliberately to produce exactly that.
The firm engages exclusively on minimum twelve-month terms that renew automatically, at fixed fees, with a corporate-focused model that includes no individual tax returns and no transactional commodity work. Capacity is directed at what the engagement requires, not what the timesheet rewards.
